  Fee Option One: $ 1500

• Three-hour assessment session and a letter of outcome, with a summary of tests and interview data with formal diagnosis (if applicable).

  Suitable for those seeking understanding about their neuro-type. Not suitable for those seeking NDIS.

Fee Option Two: $ 1900

• Three-hour assessment session and comprehensive report outlining and interpreting all tests and data from the 3-hour interview. Recommendations for supports and formal diagnosis (if applicable).

  Suitable for those seeking NDIS.

• Please note, this report alone will likely not be sufficient to apply for the NDIS. You will also require a functional assessment. I currently do not offer functional assessments, and can refer you to another health care professional, if needed.
